What you'll do

• Proctor oral saliva-based drug screen tests in virtual sessions
• communicate professionally with customers and resolve issues within service policies
• prepare test kits through assembly, boxing, and label printing or cutting
• assist with fulfillment activities such as picking, packing, and shipping
• complete special projects as assigned.
