What you'll do

• Coordinate proposals, Statements of Qualifications, interview materials, presentations, and pursuit collateral
• maintain staff resumes, project sheets, descriptions, and qualification materials
• develop content by interviewing project personnel and reviewing documentation
• maintain CRM data
• assist with company events and tradeshows
• develop and maintain social media content
• research and coordinate abstract and white-paper submissions
• support marketing initiatives and department priorities.
