What you'll do

• Track initial certifications and annual recertifications
• review income certifications, supporting documents, rent calculations, eligibility, and unit designations
• maintain resident files and compliance calendars
• submit files to third-party platforms
• follow up on reviews and corrections
• assist with audits and corrective action plans
• support Fair Housing compliance and site-team training.
