Preschool Teacher — Full-Time is an onsite role in Natick, MA, with flexible eight-hour shifts between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. The pay range is $22–$24 per hour. The Tobin Children’s School provides full-day, full-year early education from infancy through PreK. The teacher works with two other full-time teachers and an afternoon assistant to support up to 18 children. The role contributes to children’s learning and safety through supervision, parent communication, curriculum planning, assessment, and adherence to licensing and accreditation requirements.

What you'll do

• Support parent communication, child supervision, curriculum planning, and child assessment
• follow safety and sanitation protocols, EEC licensing regulations, and NAEYC Accreditation Criteria
• collaborate with classroom teachers and an afternoon assistant.
