The After-Hours Crisis Therapist role provides community-based, in-home crisis response serving Warren and Clinton Counties, Ohio. Compensation includes $175 per weekday on-call shift from 5:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m., $250 per weekend on-call shift from 8:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m., and $350 per holiday on-call shift from 8:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.; service rates are $100 per hour for mobile response, $25 per hour for phone-only services, and $20 per hour for required training. Best Point Education & Behavioral Health provides education, behavioral and therapeutic health, and autism services for vulnerable youth, families, and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Respond to mobile crisis requests during scheduled on-call shifts and arrive within 60 minutes of dispatch
• conduct risk assessments and crisis evaluations
• provide de-escalation and stabilization
• develop safety plans
• coordinate referrals and connect clients and families to ongoing supports
• collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, schools, and community partners
• complete required documentation.
