Prototyper — Manufacturing and Fabrication

The Prototyper role is onsite in Putnam, CT. Pay is $20–$50 per hour. Alinabal’s manufacturing facility uses this position to perform prototype work with expertise in manufacturing and fabrication. The role develops product and tooling prototypes to meet customer and quality requirements, while reviewing existing products for changes or cost reductions. It also supports delivery, quality, safety, and continuous-improvement goals through disciplined shop processes and communication.

What you'll do

• Use manufacturing paperwork, blueprints, and sketches to prototype products, tooling, and fixtures
• review existing products for cost reduction or prototype changes
• meet task schedules
• maintain equipment
• communicate issues
• resolve basic manufacturing problems or seek assistance
• identify setup-reduction and Lean opportunities
• use the ERP system
• and meet delivery, quality, and safety requirements.

Why this role
