What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to recipes, menus, and production schedules
• accommodate residents’ dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences
• follow food safety, sanitation, infection-control, and kitchen safety requirements
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• label, date, rotate, and store food
• monitor temperatures and complete documentation
• assist with supplies and inventory
• support meal service and special events as needed.
