What you'll do

• Manage or coordinate nursing programs and administrative functions, which may include records, supplies, quality assurance, care plans, MDS, infection control, restorative care, skin care, medication programs, safety, and staff scheduling or training
• support the Director of Nursing and collaborate with administrators, consultants, and other departments
• assist with monitoring care quality, resident status, admissions, discharges, medications, and treatments
• fill in as acting Director of Nursing, charge nurse, or other nursing role as needed
• support compliance and correction plans
• participate in care plans and staff education
• monitor safety, sanitation, and resident-rights compliance.
