Front Desk Supervisor

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out
• coordinate solutions to guest room issues with housekeeping and service staff
• process payments and deposits
• reconcile registers and prepare financial reports
• coordinate with hotel staff on room readiness
• maintain an inviting lobby
• manage reservations and support occupancy through suggestive selling
• maintain credit-control, financial-transaction, and guest-security procedures
• respond to guest requests and complaints
• oversee shift checklists
• assist with meetings and training
• support employee development and interdepartmental teamwork.
