Event Services Client Account Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee event operations and staffing at an assigned client site
• manage hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and staff development
• maintain client and employee relationships
• coordinate support services and meet operational goals
• ensure reporting and contract compliance
• address escalated security issues and emergencies
• prepare event post orders and oversee event readiness, staffing, equipment, and invoicing.
