What you'll do

• Welcome, check in, and assist guests
• answer phones and schedule appointments
• provide spa tours
• assist with guest amenities
• process payments and gift cards
• recommend products, services, enhancements, and memberships
• maintain guest-facing areas
• replenish amenities and assist with laundry, linens, light cleaning, and spa upkeep
• support opening, closing, events, group bookings, and daily operations.
