Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in the Weedville, PA area, with flexible scheduling based on available cases. Pay is $15 per hour for waiver cases and $16–$17 per hour for VA and private-pay cases. Independent Home Health provides one-on-one, non-medical support to help people remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The caregiver provides practical daily assistance and companionship according to each individual’s care plan. The work helps clients maintain independence while supporting their personal care, everyday activities, and access to errands or appointments when needed.

What you'll do

• Depending on the individual’s needs, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and everyday activities
• prepare meals
• complete light housekeeping
• provide companionship and conversation
• assist with errands or appointments when needed
• follow the individual’s care plan
• document services provided.
