What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, visitors, patients, and personnel
• answer multiline phones and route calls
• enter and reconcile daily charges
• generate reports, logs, and other assigned materials
• schedule patient appointments
• maintain daily statistics for Extended Care Services
• communicate respectfully with patients, physicians, coworkers, and others
• follow district and department policies
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• monitor supplies and report low items
• report adverse events promptly.
