What you'll do

• Schedule customer service appointments in person or by phone
• follow repair status and communicate timing changes
• obtain customer authorization when estimates change
• recommend repairs and manage customer expectations
• ensure completed repairs receive quality control or a road test
• maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, lemon laws, and technical service bulletins
• meet service targets
• complete required documentation
• follow safety policies
• attend required meetings and training.
