What you'll do

• Handle front desk, reservation, guest service, and telephone duties
• manage bookings and upselling opportunities
• process cash and credit transactions
• check guests in and out
• respond to guest preferences, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
• provide local information and escalate issues when needed
• maintain lobby and public areas, including breakfast area
• follow hotel procedures and schedules
• process reservation changes and cancellations
• communicate shift activity to managers.
