What you'll do

• Receive IT queries through phone and self-service channels
• triage and troubleshoot tickets
• reset passwords on FBI enclaves
• assist with desktop applications and installations
• resolve or escalate tickets
• remotely access user desktops
• provide ticket status updates
• document diagnostics
• guide users to prevent recurring issues
• coordinate with management for timely resolution.
