Paint Sales Associate

The Paint Sales Associate role is onsite in Yarmouth, ME. Compensation is $18–$22.75 per hour. The role supports Johnson Paint, a Ring’s End brand, in keeping its paint operations running smoothly. The associate helps customers select and use paint and related products, maintains merchandise displays, and delivers materials to contractors, builders, and homeowners. The work supports sales and customer service through product knowledge, responsive problem-solving, and reliable store operations.

What you'll do

• Sell paint and paint accessories at authorized prices and according to merchandising plans and policies
• communicate with regular and prospective customers to promote products
• instruct customers on product use
• address consumer dissatisfaction and complaints fairly, promptly, and effectively and recommend adjustments to management
• stock shelves
• deliver merchandise to customer homes and job sites.
