Housing Specialist

It also builds relationships with landlords and property managers and supports participants’ progress toward their housing goals.

What you'll do

• Identify housing opportunities and maintain landlord relationships
• develop individual housing plans
• assist with housing searches, applications, move-in resources, and appointments
• conduct monthly apartment visits and weekly participant follow-ups
• connect participants with community services
• maintain housing databases and case records
• work one evening per week as determined by the supervisor.
