Construction Project Manager / Estimator

By interpreting plans, coordinating project inputs, and managing bid activities and deadlines, the estimator supports preconstruction planning and business development.

What you'll do

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates and future project budgets
• review drawings and specifications
• perform quantity takeoffs across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and landscape plans
• coordinate with development, design, engineering, and company departments
• attend site visits and pre-bid meetings
• assemble bid packages, coordinate bidding, and meet deadlines
• communicate with subcontractors and qualify potential subcontractors and vendors
• maintain cost history and monitor cost trends.
