What you'll do

• Process payroll and maintain employee records using Paychex Oasis
• develop and update the employee handbook
• support employment-law compliance and policy interpretation
• refine job titles, descriptions, team structure, and role scope
• coordinate benefits and vendors
• manage onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, holiday schedules, and work anniversaries
• lead performance reviews and track merit increases.
