The Organ Recovery Coordinator (Critical Care RNs desired!) role is an onsite position in Albuquerque, NM. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

  • Review medical records and consult medical staff to evaluate donation suitability
  • coordinate organ placement and allocation with transplant programs and surgeons
  • coordinate and assist with surgical recovery and peri-operative management
  • arrange transportation and prepare packaging and lab specimens for shipment
  • support donor families and conduct medical/social history interviews
  • update donor information in the electronic medical record.
