Membership Services Representative

Job overview

The Membership Services Representative works onsite in Washington, DC, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour. The Daughters of the American Revolution is a nonprofit women’s membership organization, and this role provides support to its members and the public. The role serves as a first point of contact and helps maintain accurate membership operations through customer service, database updates, guidance to chapters and volunteer leaders, and reporting on membership levels.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, mail, and other channels
• enter and update prospective and existing member information and dues across databases
• guide chapters, state organizations, and volunteer leaders on membership records, reporting, and administrative processes
• maintain membership records
• generate membership, chapter, and operational reports.
