Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper role is onsite in Westerville, OH, with stated pay of $18–$20 per hour. The position supports Ardent Communities’ property management team at a multifamily residential apartment community. The groundskeeper maintains exterior areas, amenities, sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces to help keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. The role also identifies maintenance and safety concerns and assists the maintenance team with exterior work and special projects.

What you'll do

• Remove weeds, leaves, branches, litter, and debris
• clean and maintain sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, entrances, patios, and outdoor amenities
• empty exterior trash receptacles
• assist with snow and ice removal as needed
• report property damage, hazards, lighting or irrigation issues, and maintenance concerns
• assist with exterior maintenance projects
• safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• keep tools and work areas organized
• respond courteously to resident questions.
