What you'll do

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for toddler care
• operate as a lead or assistant teacher based on attendance
• observe and assess toddler behavior and development
• communicate with families
• complete annual training
• assist with daily activities and changing
• support staffing ratios during breaks and absences
• help implement curriculum and interactive learning experiences.
