Group Fitness Trainer – F45 Training

Job overview

The Group Fitness Trainer – F45 Training role is onsite in San Francisco, California. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. F45 delivers 45-minute functional, high-intensity workouts, and the role supports member experiences at the studio. The trainer leads and demonstrates group workouts, coaches members on safe movement, and supports studio operations. Through instruction, modifications, consultations, and member support, the role helps members of different fitness levels participate in training and supports the studio’s community and membership goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and demonstrate F45 workouts
• provide instruction, exercise demonstrations, and movement corrections
• support members with modifications and progressions
• conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• maintain studio cleanliness and equipment
• assist with check-ins, scheduling, inventory, and social media content
• attend required training and education sessions.
