What you'll do
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC mills and lathes
- troubleshoot electrical faults using wiring diagrams and a multimeter
- diagnose Fanuc, Mazak, and Haas alarms and faults
- service hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- replace worn mechanical components
- troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs
- fabricate replacement parts using manual machining equipment.
