What you'll do

• Lead local plant steering teams and implement management systems
• establish training in process control, statistical techniques, and troubleshooting
• drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency
• monitor mining and production costs and product quality
• coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Safety, and Purchasing
• maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• manage manuals, permits, maintenance programs, staffing, and disaster recovery plans
• oversee hiring, performance, compensation, and talent development
• administer labor contracts and grievances
• direct budgets, cost controls, and operational reporting
• build community relations and ensure environmental compliance.
