Transportation Desk Coordinator

The Transportation Desk Coordinator role is onsite in Grapevine, TX, at a customer site. Compensation is $16 per hour. The role supports Carey International’s ground transportation coordination and guest arrival and departure processes at the site. The coordinator organizes transportation requests and reservations, communicates assignments to chauffeurs, greeters, dispatch, and other staff, and responds to guest needs. The work helps ensure transportation is arranged efficiently and professionally and that service issues are addressed promptly.

What you'll do

• Coordinate ground transportation at the customer site and other sites as needed
• prepare a daily event manifest in Excel
• respond to guest requests by email and phone
• enter reservations accurately in the CES system
• communicate assignments with chauffeurs, greeters, and staff
• assess standby vehicle needs and relay last-minute requests to Dispatch
• maintain a daily log of last-minute requests
• assist with guest arrivals and departures
• document service issues and resolve urgent concerns.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of customer service experience; one year of college or equivalent experience is preferred. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, customer service skills, and flexibility to work extended hours and days may be required.
