Retail Sales Associate, Batteries and Device Repair

The Retail Sales Associate role is onsite in Eugene, OR. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour, with a $21 per hour minimum pay guarantee during the first six months. The associate helps customers find battery, repair, and related product solutions at Batteries Plus.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions
• process sales and inbound phone requests
• install batteries and repair consumer electronic devices
• maintain inventory and store presentation
• ship or deliver to commercial accounts
• build seasonal displays
• and complete opening and closing tasks.

Why this role

Paid one-on-one training is provided for the first two to three weeks, and no prior experience with the company’s products or services is required. Weekend shift hours receive a $2 per hour differential, with a $3 per hour differential for weekend overtime hours.
