Automotive Dealership Office Assistant

The Automotive Dealership Office Assistant role is onsite in Arlington Heights, IL. Compensation is $23–$30 per hour. The position supports the dealership office and accounting team at Autos of Chicago. The assistant helps keep dealership transactions and records accurate and complete by processing deal paperwork, supporting billing and accounts payable, and following up on outstanding documents. The role coordinates with Sales, Finance, Service, and management to support day-to-day dealership operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily dealership accounting and office functions
• work within Dealertrack DMS
• process and review deal paperwork
• assist with billing and posting deals
• maintain deal jackets and dealership records
• assist with accounts payable and vendor invoices
• check paperwork for accuracy and missing documents
• assist with titles, payoffs, and funding documents
• communicate with Sales, Finance, Service, and management
• follow up on outstanding paperwork
• provide general support to the Office Manager and accounting department.
