The Direct Care Provider role is onsite in Litchfield Park, AZ, with stated compensation of $17.50–$21.00 per hour. Wee Care provides Home and Community-Based Services to support independence for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The provider delivers person-centered respite, attendant care, and/or habilitation support according to each individual’s service plan and routines. The role promotes safety, independence, self-advocacy, and progress toward personal goals, while maintaining clear communication and accurate records.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support according to service plans, routines, and measurable goals
• encourage self-esteem and advocacy through coaching and positive reinforcement
• communicate respectfully with individuals and stakeholders
• maintain accurate documentation and records
• review service plans and notes, monitor safety and comfort, and summarize shift events for the next team member.
