What you'll do

• Develop leads and schedule appointments
• identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
• establish and maintain customer relationships
• follow up with customers
• respond to inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
