The supervisor coordinates client and caregiver schedules, responds to staffing gaps, and supports continuity of care across shifts. The role helps match clients with care professionals and maintain service quality through communication, planning, and periodic overnight on-call coverage.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain client and care professional schedules
• place care professionals in response to call-offs, schedule gaps, or changing client needs
• anticipate staffing needs
• maintain a home office presence for responsiveness
• participate in periodic overnight on-call shifts
• build relationships with clients and care professionals
• coach care professionals on care plans, policies, and service standards
• coordinate client introductions
• document communications and schedule changes in WellSky
• coordinate transportation as needed
• participate in meetings
• provide holiday, training, and other coverage as needed.

Why this role

Schedule is 40 hours per week: every other weekend Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; weekend weeks also include four evening shifts between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM; non-weekend weeks include Monday–Friday split shifts, 6:00 AM–8:00 AM and 5:00 PM–10:00 PM. Periodic overnight on-call shifts are required.
