What you'll do

• Read and follow production processes and instructions
• move production kits and wire materials
• cut, strip, crimp, and assemble materials using required tools
• identify wire colors and markings
• package finished goods when required
• review specifications and report mechanical or material issues
• follow chemical handling and safety requirements
• maintain a clean work area
• participate in Lean process improvement and required training
• meet quality and productivity standards.
