What you'll do

• Conduct onsite assessments for installs, replacements, and repairs, including scope, access, code, and permitting
• build estimates using company pricing, material costs, labor, and margin targets
• prepare good/better/best options, including maintenance agreements, indoor air quality, and financing where appropriate
• review plans, specifications, and load calculations
• present and follow up on proposals
• flag scope changes and prepare change orders
• coordinate with the general manager, dispatch, and technicians
• maintain estimates, notes, and photos in HouseCall Pro and track close rate, average ticket, and turnaround time.
