What you'll do

• Build customer relationships
• manage orders from purchase order through fulfillment

• communicate order updates and resolve inquiries
• coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Finance
• support sales forecasting
• assist with pricing requests and product inquiries
• analyze customer, order, and forecast data
• maintain CRM and ERP records
• recommend process improvements.
