The VP owns the marketing function, connecting strategy and execution to measurable lead generation and business outcomes. The role leads campaigns, analytics, marketing operations, vendors, budgets, and team development while partnering with sales, operations, and executive leadership.

What you'll do

• Develop marketing strategy and plans aligned with company goals
• lead qualified lead-generation campaigns
• develop offers, messaging, calls to action, landing pages, email, direct mail, and digital campaigns
• track lead volume, quality, costs, conversion, and return on investment
• optimize campaigns based on results
• lead content strategy and marketing operations
• manage vendors and budget
• coach and develop the marketing team
• partner with sales, operations, and executive leadership.
