What you'll do

• Manage a personal injury caseload through resolution
• assess liability, damages, settlement value, and trial potential
• draft and file litigation documents
• lead discovery and conduct or defend depositions
• represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
• negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel
• prepare cases for trial
• communicate with clients
• coordinate with legal staff
• maintain records and deadlines
• contribute to case reviews and guide junior attorneys and support staff as appropriate.

Why this role

Requires a Juris Doctor, active Texas law license in good standing, personal injury litigation experience, and ability to independently manage a caseload. Three or more years’ experience, trial experience, case-management system experience, and Spanish-English bilingual proficiency are preferred.
