What you'll do

• Lead and motivate the sales team
• support customer experience on the sales floor
• provide product and fit guidance
• follow up with customers about purchases, new products, replenishment, and events
• pursue sales goals
• communicate inventory needs
• manage shipments and inventory
• oversee restocking, visual merchandising, re-ticketing, cleaning, and store opening and closing procedures
• coordinate with the Regional Manager on sales strategy, maintenance, community, and team management.
