The Employee Housing Coordinator role is onsite in Hunter, NY. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. This winter seasonal 2026/2027 position supports Vail Resorts employee housing and resident services. The coordinator helps create a safe, inclusive, affordable, and compliant housing environment for employee residents. The role supports a positive resident experience through customer service, occupancy administration, move coordination, records management, and building inspections.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins
• manage housing database questions and maintenance requests
• coordinate resident communications and move-in/move-out updates
• process bookings, room changes, and check-in/check-out activities
• maintain financial and resident records
• support housing policy compliance and documentation
• manage keys, parking assignments, and access codes
• prepare check-in packets and conduct inspections
• coordinate vendor access for repairs and cleaning
• maintain occupancy, deposit, and audit records
• support operational initiatives.

Why this role

Winter seasonal 2026/2027; full-time hours available. Requires at least one year of guest or customer service experience and experience maintaining software systems and accurate data. Spanish and StarRez experience preferred.
