What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit
• monitor resident conditions and follow-up care
• coordinate care plans, physician orders, and documentation
• conduct resident rounds
• supervise and mentor nurses, CNAs, and other direct-care staff
• assist with staffing and workflow
• participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• support infection prevention, survey preparedness, QAPI, audits, and regulatory compliance.
