What you'll do

• Travel to client sites for onsite support
• troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, applications, networks, and wireless connectivity
• diagnose and replace infrastructure equipment
• serve as onsite resource during outages and escalations
• coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
• document work and collaborate with teammates.
