What you'll do

• Welcome guests in person and by phone
• manage the waitlist
• track availability and assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment
• prepare for leagues
• ring up counter sales and follow cash-control procedures
• report and log pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions
• provide basic bowling instruction
• operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and public-address system.
