What you'll do

• Develop and maintain resident care plans
• coordinate communication among staff, residents, and families
• maintain operating policies and procedures
• supervise direct-care staff and scheduling
• oversee medication storage and documentation
• conduct rounds
• coordinate resident appointments and follow-up
• support dining quality, activities, and supply inventory
• participate in manager-on-duty and clinical on-call rotations as assigned.
