What you'll do

• Prepare menu and prep items according to recipes, guest requests, and company standards
• portion and rotate products using FIFO practices
• maintain kitchen, prep areas, coolers, and storage areas
• clean equipment and conduct line sweeps
• follow food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and health department standards
• communicate product, service, equipment, and safety issues
• assist with dishwashing and front-of-house cleanliness.
