What you'll do

• Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and accountability structures
• coordinate operating cadence and initiative reviews
• track progress and escalate risks and blockers
• support go-to-market readiness and launch reviews
• coordinate adherence to product and enterprise change policies
• lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• support customer journey and digital channel improvements
• develop executive dashboards and performance insights
• prepare leadership communications and reporting
• coordinate customer-impacting changes and monitor results.
