Senior Manager, Communications

What you'll do

• Establish communications strategy, systems, and processes
• develop and implement integrated communications aligned with organizational priorities
• lead rollout of the new brand identity
• advise senior leadership on brand, crisis communications, and stakeholder relations
• manage communications across web, email, media, digital platforms, publications, and public engagement
• lead storytelling and donor communications
• manage media outreach and public materials
• establish performance metrics
• and manage external consultants and agencies as assigned.
