Executive Vice President, Digital Transformation & Technology

Job overview

The Executive Vice President, Digital Transformation & Technology role is hybrid remote, with onsite collaboration in Onalaska, WI, up to twice per quarter. Total cash compensation, including base pay and quarterly bonus, is $225,000–$350,000. Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations gives electronics their next best life while protecting the planet and customers' interests. Reporting to the President and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the EVP aligns technology, data, artificial intelligence, and digital capabilities with business strategy. The role strengthens the technology foundation while leading enterprise transformation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, decision-making, and sustainable growth.

What you'll do

• Set technology strategy and roadmaps
• guide investment and governance
• oversee enterprise operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, ERP modernization, data, analytics, and AI
• lead and develop the technology organization
• establish responsible AI governance and scale successful pilots
• manage strategic technology partnerships
• partner across business functions to redesign processes
• promote trusted data and business intelligence
• strengthen portfolio and project management
• maintain secure, reliable, scalable systems.
