The Porter / Property Maintenance Support role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with pay of $13–$16 per hour. The porter maintains common areas and grounds, removes waste and debris, monitors property conditions, and reports hazards or maintenance issues. The work helps keep high-traffic spaces in line with company standards and client expectations.

What you'll do

• Clean common areas, sidewalks, parking areas, and entrances
• empty trash and recycling and maintain trash enclosures
• sweep and spot-clean floors
• remove litter and landscape waste
• report hazards, vandalism, and maintenance issues
• take before-and-after photos when required
• follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
