What you'll do

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• manage schedule, budget, quality, and safety
• serve as primary client contact
• review contracts and oversee budgets and financial performance
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, scheduling, and field operations
• manage requests for information, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and documentation
• conduct progress meetings
• mentor project managers and project teams
